Hayley Morris

is a director, artist and animator based in Vermont, USA. She creates fantastical animated worlds by combining drawing, painting, sculpture, textiles, lighting and sound. Her work uses traditional animation techniques such as stop-motion and hand-drawn to tell stories that unfold through layered textures, handcrafted details and inventive storytelling. When not creating personal work and being a mom to a toddler, she directs commercial work through her studio Shape & Shadow for a range of clients.
