Lilli Carré

 is a visual artist and filmmaker based in Los Angeles. Her animated films have shown in festivals including the Sundance Film Festival, 25FPS, Annecy, International Film Festival Rotterdam, New Chitose Animation Festival, the Ann Arbor Film Festival, and the European Media Arts Festival. She is the Co-Director of the Eyeworks Festival of Experimental Animation, founded in 2010 and held annually in Chicago, LA, and NYC. She has published several graphic novels with Fantagraphics and exhibited in galleries internationally.  She is a 2024 Guggenheim Fellow and currently teaches in the Experimental Animation department at CalArts.
