Čao Portorož

A fiery band from Ljubljana that blends wild rock'n'roll attitude, the bittersweetness of indie rock, and danceable electronic twists, driven by solid drum machine beats and infectious synth lines. Originally a quartet since 2009, they have been performing as a trio with a new drummer since 2022. In their early years, they released two albums, both titled Čao Portorož, followed by POP in 2020. From raw guitars, melodic pop hooks, and surreal lyrics to even more unique twists and elevated sonic standards, they push forward into a wild mix of rock'n'roll, sweet indie rock with an electronic touch, and synth-driven melodies. They don’t adhere to conventional musical formulas, instead constantly seeking passion and joy in their music, which serves as their foundation, drive, and ultimate goal. Their signature multilingual vocal outbursts amplify the energy, while their (post-)punk attitude still carries the old-school Yugoslav temperament.

Čao Portorož are: Ivian Kan Mujezinović (guitar, bass, synthesizer, vocals), Gregor Andolšek (guitar, bass, vocals), and Jan Kmet (drums).

He manages the visual aspects of events and complements the music program by manipulating light and moving images, turning a static space into a vibrant and dynamic visual experience.

Spajser

Not everything in life is rosy. Not at all as we all know. So does Spajser. Flowers come in all sorts and shapes; they can be small or large, growing in a lush meadow or between an asphalt road and a concrete curb. Not so much for the purposes of a herbarium, but mainly for a collection of tunes, Spajser collects and selects. Half of a sandbox, one bunch of soft music.

Spajser is Simon Cigula.
