Each year, StopTrik IFF opens the floor for a discussion with the filmmakers presenting their works in the Official Selection – competition programmes and Panorama. The participating authors are invited to showcase the making of videos or photo documentation from the set, demonstrate their tools and puppets, but above all, to discuss the development phases of their projects. The filmmakers focus on issues that were most surprising or problematic in the course of the filmmaking process. Trik Show gives the laics answers on how stop motion animation is made and an opportunity for the professionals to confront, exchange, and dig deep into the subject of how else stop motion animation can be made.
