Shcha is an International Nomadic Micro-Festival of Animation Films up to 7 seconds. 

Premiere editions take place within the frames of the bigger “real" festivals, forming with them somewhat symbiotic units.
There is no selection and no official jury. Everyone is welcome – from professionals to beginners. The idea is to give everyone an opportunity to show their microfilm to the audience. We show all films which meet the festival’s requirements, the laws of the hosting country, and that are not commissioned works. One author can send up to 4 films during the open call. 

Festival takes place around 3 times per year in the frame of other big festivals.
