Carla Pereira

Carla Pereira Docampo is a stop-motion animator recognized for her collaboration in different animated productions such as, mexican feature films Inzomnia (2014), directed by Luis Téllez, the norwegian Hakkebakkeskogen (2016), and the awarded Isle of dogs (2018), directed by Wes Anderson. She has also worked in series like The Diary of Bita and Cora, directed by Vicente Mallols, and also Clay Kids with Javier Tostado, Konijn & Konijntje, Twirlywoos and Clangers and in short films like El Criptozoólog (The Cryptozoologist) and Uroboros. Her first short film as co-creator, Metamorfosis (Metamorphosis), was nominated for Best Animated Short Film in the 35th edition of the Goya Awards. In 2020 she directed her first solo short film, Proceso de selección (Selection Process), a stop motion animated short film produced by TV ON Producciones.
